User Generated Contributions: I invite you to share your wins, loud and proud. Testimonials will be featured on the Sites, social media, and marketing/promotional materials to provide prospective students with information and feedback from others’ experiences. By signing up for the Full-Time Influencer course, you acknowledge and agree that any user-generated content, including testimonials, social proof on social media, and direct messages with FTI, its owners, or its employees have the potential to be used as marketing materials and/or promotional materials. We take full precautions to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of your information in the case of potential third-party hacking.  FULL-TIME INFLUENCER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT 

Please read these Terms and Conditions in its entirety before using materials on the following websites and their related sub domains: https://www.fulltimeinfluencer.co/, https://fulltimeinfluencer.thrivecart.com/, https://full-time-influencer.mykajabi.com/, https://www.successfulinfluencer.com/, https://www.reelsrocketship.com/  (collectively, including sub domains, “Sites”). These Sites are owned and operated by Tina Lee Creations Global LLC and Full-Time Influencer (together with any affiliated websites, products, or other affiliates, collectively “FTI”). By using the Sites, you (“you”, “your”, “user(s)”) agree to accept the legally binding terms and conditions made between you and Full-Time Influencer concerning your access and use to FTI as well as any information, materials, and recommendations tied to this Sites. 

If you do not agree with the stated Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Sites and you must discontinue use immediately.

Modification to Terms and Conditions: 
FTI (“us’, “we”, “our”, “I”) may modify, contribute, and replace these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Sites signifies your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Sites, utilize its content, or purchase anything from us. 

 Updates will be reflected in the Terms and Conditions based on the “Last Updated” date, shown above, and you waive the right to receive specific notices of changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review the updated Terms and Conditions to stay aware of the legally binding agreement you have agreed to for the continuous use of the Sites.

Intellectual Property: 
Unless otherwise indicated, the Sites are our proprietary property and all website design, audio, text, graphics, icons on the Sites (collectively, the “Content”) and trademarks and logos (collectively, the “Marks”) are owned and licensed to Tina Lee Creations Global LLC and Full-Time Influencer. These forms of intellectual property are protected by copyright and trademark laws, as well as various other intellectual property rights of the United States. It is in violation of federal law to use our intellectual property, in whole or modified and will be prosecuted to the fullest degree if we choose to do so, in the court of law.   

 For the course you purchased on our Sites, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license (“License”) to access, download, and view it for personal and non-commercial use. Under this license, you may not:

  • Distribute copies of material to another person, or group of people, who have not purchased the course

  • Use materials for non-personal use (ex. commercial purpose or public display)

  • Copy, download, distribute, sell, or transmit our intellectual property in any way that infringes on our intellectual property rights

  • Claim ownership over any intellectual property, including, (but is not limited to), audio lessons, video lessons, worksheets, checklists, trademarks, and any other unique source identifiers

If you are found violating these restrictions, you will be immediately terminated by FTI with no refund of fee. Upon termination, you will be required to destroy any downloaded material and excluded from future programs.

We reserve the right to seek monetary compensation, punitive damages, and associated legal fees related to such violations of copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.

Member usage: 
You will be required to register with Kajabi in order to access and view content from FTI. You may never use another member’s account and are not permitted to share your user name or password with other individuals. As the sole owner of your account, you are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of your misuse and failure to comply with these terms.

Please note that access to the private Facebook group, Full-Time Influencer (https://www.facebook.com/groups/fulltimeinfluencer). You will still have continued access to the Kajabi course beyond the 12-month period.

No guarantee of success: 
By using the Sites, and all the available content made accessible to you, you understand that FTI, its owners, or its employees make no guarantees regarding successes and profitable outcomes. At the end of the day, FTI is here to educate and we believe that our course provides the tools and knowhow as marketed, however, we are not responsible for the outcomes of the Full-Time Influencer course or The Reels Rocket Ship product, or any other materials, on your personal or professional career.

 
 

 
 
 

REFUND POLICY

Our Refund Policy for The Reels Rocket Ship: 
Regarding The Reels Rocket Ship product only, since this a digital product, there will be NO REFUNDS offered. Please be absolutely certain this is what you want before purchasing. No refunds will be given if your country does not have Instagram Reels or loses the Instagram Reels function.

Our Refund Policy for Full-Time Influencer:

Please do not enroll for the sake of “checking it out” - this course is designed for students willing to take their career seriously.  Since this is a digital product (and not an article of clothing), refunds will also not be given to those who "change their minds" or "this does not fit me," so please review the course outline, sales page, and terms and conditions. Please be certain this is what you want before purchasing.

​Although I am confident that Full-Time Influencer course will provide you with your desired results (such results cannot be guaranteed), you can request a refund if you feel like your expectations are not being met. Our course offers no guarantees and all student testimonials are meant to serve as case-by-case user experiences. 

If you’ve decided that this program did not align or meet your intended goals, please contact us at contact@tinaleecreations.com within 30 days of enrollment. All refunds will be subjected to review on a discretionary basis.

Scenarios, where refunds will not be considered, include (1) attempts to use the refund policy to avoid financial obligations required for course access, (2) lack of effort to utilize any of the available resources, supplemental materials, or course teachings, (3) inability to complete the course to its entirety, (4) if you (or your affiliates) sell Instagram related courses or programs, or (5) if your account has substantial "fake" followers or "fake" engagement. 

Scenarios, where refunds will be considered, include ones where you (1) wholeheartedly put in the energy, time, and effort to make the course work, (2) took ownership over your own success, and (3) utilized all the necessary resources provided. In this situation, I expect the following tasks to be complete:

  • Proof of course completion (which is monitored in our system)

  • Proof of completed fillable materials, including worksheets and checklists

  • Proof of active and consistent engagement/participation within the private Content Creator Facebook Group

  • Documentation or proof showcasing how you’ve implemented the strategies provided to you, along with results

  • A statement documenting your rationale for abandoning the course

Payment & Purchase: 
When you purchase Full-Time Influencer course or The Reels Rocket Ship product from our Sites, you may pay by credit card or PayPal. You understand and accept that any information obtained during your purchase, including name, address, credit card information, billing information, PayPal information, and any other personal information, may be collected by us and our payment processing company.

By doing so, you automatically give FTI permission to automatically charge your credit card or PayPal, in a lump sum ($997.00 USD), or in requested payment plans (if purchased after April 1, 2021: 4 installments of $297.00 USD; if purchased before April 1, 2021: 5 installments of $247.00 USD) in regards to the Full-Time Influencer course; or a lump sum ($247.00 USD) for The Reels Rocket Ship product. You will receive an electronic receipt documenting your payment(s), which you should retain for your personal records.  

 

Recurring Payments: 
If you choose to pay via payment plans, you grant FTI permission to automatically charge your card, without notifying you prior to payment installation dates, the amount due on the agreed date(s) at checkout. You hereby authorize our third-party financial processing company the right to your financial information until payment is complete. 

 At any time, if your payment fails or is denied at checkout, you will still be held liable for the full cost of your purchase. Please do not attempt to take advantage of the payment plans to avoid accepting full financial responsibility. If you fail to meet these financial obligations, you will be removed, or denied access, from the Full-Time Influencer course. 

We reserve the right to seek monetary compensation in the amounts of the unpaid balance.

 
 

 
 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Termination: 
You agree that FTI, in our full discretion, has the right to terminate your account for any reason, including, if we believe you’ve violated the following Terms and Conditions and/or any participation in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities. These actions will also be reported and referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

 

Dispute Resolution: 
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the US Terroriories of Puerto Rico. Any sort of legal action brought by you or us (“Parties” and individually “Party”) shall be prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Puerto Rico, and the Parties consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts. All actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use will be venued exclusively in state or federal court in the US Terroriories of Puerto Rico. You hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of said courts for all such purposes. However, we retain the right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe that infringement of these Terms and Conditions is taking place or originating.

 
 

 
 
 

DISCLAIMER POLICY

Limitation of Liability: 
You understand and agree that your decision to use any materials or information on these Sites is purely voluntary. FTI, its owners, or its employees will not be held responsible for any liabilities for any sort of damage, injuries, harm, or misuse of information and documents, or failure to act by you. Even if FTI, its owners, or its employees have been notified of said or possible damage, we are not responsible for the direct or indirect damage that may arise out of your participation in the Full-Time Influencer course or The Reels Rocket Ship product. This includes mental/physical health, income, business, or any other results.

 

Governing Law: 
These terms will be governed and interpreted by the laws of the United States of America, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the United States of America for the resolution of any disputes.

By using these Sites, you understand and agree that FTI is not liable for potential risks brought on by online websites, including functionality, viruses, and any other elements that may affect your computer’s health and use.
